How long does an asphalt driveway last?+
With a solid base and good drainage, asphalt lasts for many years. Weather, traffic and upkeep all play a part. We will tell you what to expect for your site at the estimate.
When can I drive on new asphalt?+
Fresh asphalt needs time to cure before cars park on it. We will tell you when it is safe, which depends on the weather the week we pave.
Can you pave over my gravel drive?+
Often, yes. If the gravel is solid and drains well, it can become part of the base. We check it at the free on-site estimate.
Do you pave parking lots?+
Yes. We pave and patch parking lots for shops, offices, storage properties and other businesses.
Is asphalt or chip seal better for me?+
Asphalt is smoother and suits town drives and busy lots. Chip seal usually costs less and fits long rural drives and farm roads. We help you pick the one that fits the job.
